Kindly note that all applicants are required to bring the following documents :

• Two pieces of valid identification for all persons on the mortgage application

• Verification of address e.g. recent utility bill, bank or credit card statement not older than three (3) months for all persons on the mortgage application

• Recent job letter not older than three (3) months for all persons on the mortgage application confirming salary, tenure and job  position

• Self Employed Persons - Three Years Financial Statements done independently by an  Accountant and Tax Assessment from Inland Revenue

• Pay slips within the past 2 months for all persons on the mortgage application:

• Monthly paid two (2) pay slips required

• Bi-weekly paid four (4) pay slips required

• Bi- Monthly /fort-nightly paid six (6) pay slips required

• Weekly  paid  eight (8) pay slips required
